Decaf Swiss Water Method, Peru

The Swiss Method is an environmental friendly method where the coffee is left in water until al flavours, including the caffein, is extracted. Then the caffein will be filtered out of the water through carbon filters.
The filtered water is than used for a new batch of coffee where, since the water contains al flavours of the coffee, only the caffein is extracted.
